1. Intended and Permitted Use
HonestWrite is designed and authorized for the following legitimate writing workflows:

2. Expressly Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of our community and comply with payment network standards, you agree NOT to use HonestWrite to:

- Phishing, Spam & Deceptive Schemes: Generating high-volume deceptive marketing, mass unsolicited communications, or impersonation campaigns.
- System Abuse: Automating queries to flood our backend, attempting denial of service, or scraping proprietary model prompts.
3. Responsibility and Editorial Review
Users maintain final editorial responsibility for any content they choose to publish, submit, or distribute. HonestWrite provides automated recommendations and suggestions; users must evaluate outputs for factual correctness, institutional compliance, and ethical fitness.
4. Enforcement & Reporting Violations
We reserve the right to investigate reported violations of this policy. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities, plagiarism, or abusive conduct may face immediate suspension or termination without refund.
